TwinFlow – intuitive and easy to use

TwinFlow is a complete, efficient and controlling self checkout, fraud preventive with a Self learning weigh control system and light curtain tunnel for additional security.

It suits both basket and trolley shoppers and has all the features required to handle different articles and buying functions. TwinFlow helps customers to avoid red alerts. If they put items on the belt without scanning they receive a prompt on the screen to scan the item first. If the shopper scans one item twice and puts it on the belt – one will be added to the bill NOT two. If the shopper scans two items and puts them on the belt – the weights are added together and they are accepted and added to the bill. TwinFlow can easefully be used by shoppers of all ages. If the shopper does get a problem as a result of incorrect scanning, the system notifies the attendant to help without embarrassing the customer.
  • The GUI screen makes it easy to use, instructs and interacts with the user
  • The customer pays by debit card in TwinFlow or by cash in Pay Flow and receives an exit receipt
  • Customer bags purchased items and uses the exit receipt to leave through ExitFlow
